Love this place. Clean, inviting and friendly

Kind people are My kind of people. I called Norm and told him I was in town and that I was in show prep and really needed to train. I have my son with me and no one would allow him to come in. Norm not only let me train but let him chill while I got my session In. He even gave me the following weekend on my pass as well since I'll be back. Just good people. Love the Bible Verses on all the walls too.

This gym is great. I was in town for a couple of weeks. I signed up for weekly passes. I felt very welcome there. Facilities are clean and absolutely top notch in terms of quality. Noelle couldn't have been more helpful and professional getting me set up with the pass. If I lived in San Antonio I wouldn't even look for another gym. This would be it.

I stopped by one day to get more information about the gym, memberships, and personal training. Joana took the time to answer every question I had about the membership options, trainers, and pricing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. I ended up signing up that same day for a personal trainer. I was hoping to start the very next day, and Joana went above and beyond to make it happen by fitting me into the exact time I wanted. I've now completed two training sessions this week, and I can honestly say she's been incredibly motivating and encouraging, always pushing me to do my best while keeping me positive throughout each workout. If you're looking for a gym with a welcoming atmosphere, supportive staff, and people who are there to put in the work, this is definitely the place to be. I highly recommend it!
