Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness. You'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start, reducing your chances of injuries, and maximizing your progress.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable and maintain adherence to your program. We have the ability to tailor your program to your individual needs, in a private gym or in the comfort of your own home.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
